Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to purchases through beasew.com. Review them together with the policies displayed on the website before checkout.
1. Agreement and Eligibility
By ordering, you agree to these terms and related store policies. You must have legal capacity to purchase and provide accurate billing, contact, and delivery information.
2. Products and Availability
We aim to describe products accurately. Minor visual variations may occur because of displays, lighting, materials, or production. Products and quantities remain subject to availability.
3. Prices, Taxes and Shipping
Prices are those displayed when an order is submitted. Shipping charges and taxes collected by us appear before confirmation. Obvious listing errors may be corrected before fulfillment; affected customers may cancel.
4. Payment and Acceptance
Submitting payment authorizes the displayed total. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee final acceptance. Processing begins after successful payment confirmation.
5. Order Cancellation
We may cancel and refund an order because of unavailability, failed payment, suspected fraud, legal restrictions, or obvious errors. Customers should request cancellation promptly, preferably within 12 hours and before fulfillment begins. No successful-cancellation fee applies.
6. Processing and Delivery
Processing generally takes 2–4 business days or up to 5 during busy periods. Estimated U.S. delivery is 10–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates.
7. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout. Import charges not collected at checkout may be the recipient’s responsibility, subject to applicable law.
8. Returns and Refunds
Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval or eligible return inspection.
9. Product Problems
Verified damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect, or materially misdescribed products receive an appropriate replacement, refund, or return solution at no additional cost to the customer.
10. Intellectual Property and Conduct
Website branding, text, graphics, photos, and layouts are protected. Unauthorized commercial copying, scraping, redistribution, security interference, malicious code, impersonation, or unlawful use is prohibited.
11. Liability and Consumer Rights
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an available basis. Nothing excludes liability or mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Updates and Contact
