When is my order processed?
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. Busy periods may require up to 5 business days.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated U.S. delivery is generally 10–15 business days after dispatch. Carrier, weather, customs, holiday, remote-area, or address delays may apply.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout according to destination and the available shipping method.
Where does my order ship from?
Orders may be fulfilled from our own or partner facilities depending on inventory, product type, and destination. One order may arrive in separate packages.
How do I track an order?
A shipping confirmation email with available tracking information is sent after dispatch. The first carrier scan may take several business days.
Can I cancel or change an order?
Contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 12 hours. A change or cancellation is possible only before fulfillment begins. Successful cancellations have no cancellation fee.
What is the return policy?
Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery. Contact support for approval and instructions before returning anything.
Who pays return shipping?
Customers pay return shipping for preference-based returns. Verified damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed products are handled at no additional cost to the customer.
When will I receive a refund?
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval or eligible return inspection. Bank posting time may be additional.
